MEMS-2 Respond to the Corner of 17th street and Homer St at the Ponderosa Senior Living Community for a 91 Year Old Female who is weak and Dizzy. She will be on the 5th floor in front of the Community Theatre Room. the Resident Nurse is requesting you come Code 3 since she seems to be also pale and dehydrated. District 10 Juliet Cross of Half Ave. MEMS-2 your time out is 1738 and you will be Responding on Tac-10
