Yes we are back. New changes are a foot. Im not sure how many of the old players are coming back so until then those who are not around when calls are coming in are to be played by the people on their respective engine, truck or medic companies that are on.
New engines will be coming out. Some will be revisions of old ones, others will be new. NO they are not negotiable. If you dont like them then feel free to go to another RP. End of story. NO there will not be new positions created or advancements given for anything other than you earning the position.
